Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

It takes 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be shipped.

I will send you pictures of your order prior to shipping to make sure that you love your shoes before receipt.
I am happy to work with you during the creative process.

Shoe repair

Shoe repair is free! Just mail the shoes back to me and pay for shipping costs.
